Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of a 3000 RFT R.C.C pipeline of 24" diameter at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 3) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, District Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia The scope includes excavation in hard soils, laying and fixing RCC pipes with rubber ring joints, providing fence guards, lights, flags, temporary crossings, cement concrete works, fabrication and laying of steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material with compaction, and related civil works as per the Bill of Quantities. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and be active taxpayers on FBR ATL. They must have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavits on non-blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment are mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. This tender requires PEC registration if the work value exceeds Rs.2.5 million. The contract period is 12 months. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
