Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 9)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of a 3000 RFT R.C.C pipeline 24" diameter at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 9) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, District Hyderabad. The procurement is conducted through Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 9) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material in trenches, and cement concrete plain works. All works must comply with the technical specifications and drawings provided in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements for last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Firms must also submit a work methodology and execution plan. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- is payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days from the date of opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Joint Venture firms must submit JV agreement if applicable. Evaluation will be based on the lowest evaluated responsive bid.
