Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 7)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of a 3000 RFT R.C.C pipe line 24" diameter at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 7) in Hyderabad. This procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material in trenches, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must be registered with FBR (Active Taxpayer List), Sindh Revenue Board, and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates. They must have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment are mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure timely submission.
