Installation and Construction of Two Earth Pits at Custom House Karachi

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited is procuring the installation and construction of two earth pits at Custom House Karachi. This project involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a complete earthing system including 19mm diameter by 10 ft copper bonded rods, 35mm² double bare copper earthing cables, RCC earth chambers with heavy-duty covers, and copper earth busbars inside the chambers. The scope covers excavation, copper rod installation, backfilling with bentonite powder, charcoal, and salt mixture, cable laying and termination for generator earthing, ATS panels, data center ICT loads, and power distribution panels. The system must comply with IEEE 80, IEC 62305, IEC 60364, and local electrical standards. Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in earthing works, preferably with 3-5 years in data centers or critical facilities. Submission of at least three similar completed projects and availability of qualified electrical engineers or technicians is required. The bid security must be submitted as a pay order, and bids are to be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of June 10, 2026, 03:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
