Installation of Coolant System on 02 x HDL Machine & 03 x Universal Machines at Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the Installation of Coolant System on 02 x HDL Machine and 03 x Universal Machines located at Gun Factory, HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Items being procured: - Installation of coolant system on 02 x HDL Machines (Model# C61125BX100) - Installation of coolant system on 03 x Universal Machines (Model# V1000) The coolant system includes coolant tank (max 600 liters capacity, MS Sheet gauge SWg14 or equivalent), dual section tank for oil filtering and feeding, dual coolant pump system (IP 44 standards), flexible coolant delivery nozzles, piping, chip filters, mesh filters, and electrical integration with ON/OFF control switch. The system must be compatible with existing lathe machines without structural modifications, ensuring no impact on machine accuracy or safety. Supplier must provide powder coating on all parts for durability, adjustable coolant flow rate and direction, low noise and energy-efficient operation, and demonstrate successful operation after installation including test cutting with coolant support. Eligibility criteria require valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and HIT regulations. Firms must submit audited financial reports for last 3 years, bank statements, CNIC copies, trade links with OEM if applicable, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes by 10:30 hours on 26 October 2026 at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day. The contract includes a 12-month warranty period with availability of spares and technical support. Performance Bank Guarantee of 5% of contract value is required.
