Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Installation of Coolant System on 02 x HDL Machine - Installation of Coolant System on 03 x Universal Machines The scope involves installation work for coolant systems on specified machinery at Heavy Industries Taxila. The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters, sales tax registration, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link evidence with OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
