The Development of Nokundi Town invites applications from eligible applicants for the supply and installation of Home Solar Systems for different tehsils of District Chagai, Balochistan. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires electronic bid submission only via the BPPRA system; no physical bids will be accepted. Items being procured: - Installation of Home Solar System for Different Tehsils of District Chagai The project involves the installation of solar systems at homes across various tehsils in District Chagai, aiming to provide sustainable energy solutions. The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of solar equipment compliant with regulatory standards. Eligibility criteria include similar experience from the date of registration with the regulator, presence in the Active Taxpayer List, registration with BRA, PEC/DRAP/PTA certifications, and capabilities related to construction or manufacturing as well as personal equipment and plant. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no failure to sign contracts in Pakistan or internationally in the last five years. PEC registration is mandatory. Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 2,500 PKR via Green Challan. Documents are also downloadable from www.bppra.org.pk. The issuance period for pre-qualification documents is until 03 November 2026 at 10:00 AM during office hours on working days. The last date for application submission is 03 November 2026 till 09:00 AM at the office of the undersigned located in Nokundi Town, District Chagai, Balochistan. Pre-qualification opening will be held the same day at 10:00 AM at the same office. Tender documents including NIT and bidding documents are available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bid submission is electronic only via the supplier dashboard on the EPPS system, with the deadline also on 03 November 2026. Tender opening will occur at 10:00 AM on the same day on the EPPS system.
