Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Net Metering of 100 KW On-Grid Solar System at DAMC Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi invites reputed firms registered under Income Tax/Sales Tax Act and approved by AEDB for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and net metering of a 100 KW On-Grid Solar System at Defence Authority Medical Centre (DAMC), Karachi. Items being procured: - Supply of On-Grid Solar System - Installation of Solar System - Testing and Commissioning - Net Metering setup for 100 KW Solar System The project requires firms to be AEDB approved and capable of delivering a complete solar power solution including net metering at the specified site in Karachi. Bidders must submit sealed bids in a two-stage manner with separate envelopes for technical and financial proposals. The technical bid opening is scheduled before 10:30 AM on 28 October 2026, while the financial bid opening date will be announced later. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Director Procurement, DHA Head Office, Karachi, upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 in the form of a pay order favoring Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR, have valid AEDB approval, and demonstrate relevant experience in solar system projects. Earnest money and other bid security requirements will be detailed in the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted to the Executive Director Procurement office at DHA Karachi. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening. PDOHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provision of rules and regulations.
