Installation of Hybrid Solar Energy Systems for Bar Room and Ladies Bar Room in Sargodha and Surrounding Areas

The District Development Committee (DDC) of District & Session Courts Sargodha invites bids for the installation of hybrid solar energy systems at various locations including Bar Room Tehsil Bhera and Ladies Bar Room in Sargodha and nearby areas. The procurement is conducted through E-Tendering via the E.PADS platform, ensuring transparency and ease of submission. Items being procured: - Installation of 04KW Hybrid Solar Energy System for Bar Room Tehsil Bhera - Installation of 08KW Hybrid Solar Energy System for Ladies Bar Room, Sargodha, Tehsil Silanwali, Kotmomin, Shahpur & Bhalwal - Installation of 12KW Hybrid Solar Energy System for Bar Room Tehsil Bhalwal The scope includes supply and installation of solar energy systems with capacities ranging from 4KW to 12KW at specified locations. Bidders must be duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category C-3 or above and registered under the relevant Solar Energy System code (EE-11). Joint ventures are allowed provided the lead partner is PEC registered. Foreign firms are not eligible. Bidding firms must submit technical and financial bids separately using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required, refundable upon unsuccessful bidding. Successful bidders will provide a 10% performance guarantee at the time of issuance of the supply/work order.
