Providing, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 50 KW Hybrid Solar System with Green Meter at PIDCL Head Office Islamabad

Items being procured: - 50 KW Hybrid Solar System with Green Meter This project involves the supply and installation of a hybrid solar power system designed to reduce energy costs and promote sustainable energy use at the PIDCL Head Office. The scope includes all necessary materials, equipment, and commissioning services to ensure full operational functionality. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, along with registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sales Tax authorities. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 598,851 in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee mentioning the contractor's firm name and favoring Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is also required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 system by 11:00 AM on 10-11-2026, with bid opening scheduled at 11:30 AM the same day.
