Installation of Hybrid Solar Energy Systems for Bar Rooms in Sargodha District

The District Development Committee (DDC) of District & Session Courts Sargodha invites bids for the installation of hybrid solar energy systems at various Bar Rooms within the district. This tender is specifically for firms or joint ventures duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a minimum category of C-3 and above, holding relevant PEC code EE-11 for Solar Energy Systems. Joint ventures must have the lead partner registered under PEC in the relevant categories. Foreign firms are not eligible to participate either as single entities or joint venture members. Items being procured: - Installation of 04KW Hybrid Solar Energy System for Bar Room Tehsil Bhera - Installation of 08KW Hybrid Solar Energy System for Ladies Bar Room, Sargodha, Tehsil Silanwali, Kotmomin, Shahpur & Bhalwal - Installation of 12KW Hybrid Solar Energy System for Bar Room Tehsil Bhalwal The scope includes supply and installation of hybrid solar energy systems at specified Bar Rooms across multiple tehsils in Sargodha district. The procurement will be conducted through electronic means via the E-PADS portal (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A 5% bid security in the form of CDR is required, refundable to unsuccessful bidders after tender completion. The successful bidder will also provide a 10% performance guarantee at the time of supply order issuance, refundable after the warranty period. The tender submission deadline is **24th November 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
