Installation of LED Street Lights at UC-06 Bilal Colony TMC Shah Faisal District Korangi Karachi

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Engineering Department invites bids for the installation of LED street lights at UC-06 Bilal Colony, TMC Shah Faisal, District Korangi, Karachi. This procurement is specifically managed by the Executive Engineer, CM (E&M) and targets experienced contractors with valid PEC licenses and relevant electrical contracting credentials. Items being procured: - Providing & laying PVC insulated & PVC Sheeted two core copper conductor cable 2.5mm2 (441 R.ft) - Installation of Butterfly Moon light with 40 Watt LED Lamp complete with holder and fixing accessories (118 Nos) - Installation of 20 Amps Switch with wooden board and fixing accessories (158 Nos) - Installation of ABC Connector suitable for 16mm2 ABC Bundle Cable using hydraulic crane and manual labor (316 Nos) - Installation of 100 watt LED street lights as per Engineer-in-charge instructions (40 Jobs) - Providing PVC Tape (21 Nos) - Providing and fixing MS Single Arm with MS Pipe 2" dia 2ft long with clamp, nuts & bolts (40 Nos) The technical scope includes the supply and installation of high-quality LED street lighting components, electrical wiring, and associated mounting hardware. The site is located in a busy urban area requiring adherence to safety and quality standards. Contractors must have PEC license category C-6 or EE-06 and above, valid NTN and SRB registration, and an electrical contractor license from the Government of Sindh. Experience of similar works within the last five years is mandatory, with proof of at least one contract worth 80% of the estimated cost or two contracts worth 50% each. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, and the tender cost is Rs. 2,000. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS system before 08-07-2026 at 2:00 PM, with physical submission of pay orders and supporting documents at the Office of Superintending Engineer (E&M), 512 J.M New M.A Jinnah Road, Karachi.
