Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids for the installation of two Mild Steel 3D Letter Illuminated LED/SMD Acrylic sign boards at the State Life Building located on Minara Road, Sukkur. This procurement is specifically for the Real Estate Department of State Life Insurance Corporation in Sukkur. The project involves fabricating, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning two sign boards: a large size measuring 55'x6' and a medium size measuring 29'x3'. The signs will feature welded mild steel box type letters with epoxy paint, acrylic sheets, 3M vinyl film, and waterproof LED/SMD modules with associated electrical wiring and breakers. The scope includes all transportation, installation materials, and allied civil works necessary for completion.
Eligible bidders must be original authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors with relevant experience in corporate sign board installation, having completed similar works for federal government organizations, banks, or multinational companies in Pakistan. Registration with FBR, NTN, GST, and e-PADS is mandatory. Firms should have a proper office and telephone number. PEC registration and valid ATL listing are required. Experience certificates for similar works with minimum values of Rs. 2 million to Rs. 6 million in the last five years must be submitted. Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 35,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft is required.
Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system by 20-05-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical and financial bids in separate envelopes. Hard copies of original bids and bid security must also be submitted to the In-charge Real Estate Department, 7th floor, State Life Building, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The tender validity period is 180 days. The contract duration is 60 days with a 3-month defect liability period. Liquidated damages apply for delays.
