Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipeline at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-4) in Hyderabad. This procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (amended). The project involves the installation of RCC pipeline including excavation, laying, jointing, and refilling works with a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Providing and laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including all labor and materials - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete - Manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole cover - Refilling excavated material in trenches - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing The technical scope covers all civil works related to pipeline installation including excavation, pipe laying, jointing with rubber rings, concrete works, reinforcement fabrication, and finishing. The site is located in Hyderabad city under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, mandatory registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, availability of technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Both scanned copies and original hard copies of tender fee and bid security must be submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The bid submission deadline is 06-11-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. A second attempt submission and opening is scheduled for 23-11-2026. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
