Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-6) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-6) in Hyderabad. This procurement is for civil works under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-6) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and plain cement concrete works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must be registered with FBR (Active Taxpayer List), Sindh Revenue Board, and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates. They should have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of bank statements for the last three years and an affidavit on non-blacklisting and litigation status is mandatory. Technical staff and equipment availability as per bidding documents is required. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Joint Venture firms must submit JV agreements if applicable.
