Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-7)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-7) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-7) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit on E-stamp paper regarding no blacklisting or litigation, availability of technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bidders must ensure timely and complete submission through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days from date of opening.
