Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-8)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18'' RCC pipe line at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-8) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-142 Railway Colony Barkati Masjid (Phase-8) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, and refilling excavated material with compaction. Bidders must fulfill mandatory eligibility criteria including active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit on non-blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Joint Venture firms must submit JV agreements if applicable.
