Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-5)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-5) in Hyderabad, Sindh. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-5) The scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, refilling, and related civil works with a completion period of 24 months. Bidders must have valid PEC registration for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Submission of a bank statement for the last three years and an affidavit on e-stamp paper regarding blacklisting and litigation status is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded via EPADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 26-10-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder.
