Installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipe line 24" diameter at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 3) in Hyderabad, Sindh. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipe line 24" diameter at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 3) The scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, refilling trenches, providing paving blocks, and related civil works. The work must be executed in accordance with the technical specifications and standards provided by the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects, financial soundness proof, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required along with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
