Installation of RCC Pipeline 24" Dia at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 5)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipeline 24" diameter at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 5) in Hyderabad, Sindh. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC pipeline 24" diameter at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 5) The scope includes excavation, laying RCC pipes, jointing with rubber rings, refilling trenches, providing fence guards, and other related civil works. The contract duration is 24 months. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in relevant category, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed and ongoing projects. Submission of bank statements and affidavits regarding blacklisting and litigation status is mandatory. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening. The bid submission deadline is 26-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
