The contract period is 24 months with a defect liability period of minimum 24 months after completion. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category for 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order/Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening.
