Installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 7)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 7) in Hyderabad, Sindh. This procurement is part of the development schemes under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT RCC Pipe Line 24" DIA at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 7) The scope includes excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of RCC pipes, fabrication and installation of steel reinforcement, construction of manhole covers, refilling and compaction of trenches, and related civil works. The work must be executed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The contract duration is 24 months. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and must demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed works and two ongoing projects. Submission of bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by 26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes before bid opening time. The procurement will follow the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including financial statements, affidavits, and technical staff availability are complete and up to date before submission to avoid disqualification. Timely submission through the E-PADS portal is critical as manual bids are not accepted.
