Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18'' RCC pipe line at UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-3) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-3) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must fulfill mandatory eligibility criteria including active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, minimum two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper regarding blacklisting and litigation status, availability of technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- is non-refundable and must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. Bids must be valid for 90 days. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
