Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-2)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-2) in Hyderabad. This procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended up to date) using a Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. The estimated cost of the project is **Rs. 2,979,000** with a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-2) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, and refilling excavated material with compaction. All works must comply with the technical specifications and drawings provided in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements for the last three years, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only by **06-11-2026 up to 11:00 AM**. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening at 12:00 Noon on the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
