Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-8)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC-153 Benazir Colony near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-8) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-153 Benazir Colony Near Sehrish Nagar (Phase-8) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, and refilling excavated material with proper compaction. Bidders must fulfill mandatory eligibility criteria including active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper regarding blacklisting and litigation status, availability of technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded with the bid and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically by 06-11-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The contract period is 12 months. Bids without valid bid security or tender fee will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
