Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-1) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-1) in Hyderabad. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-1) The scope includes excavation in hard soils, laying and jointing RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, refilling trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, dismantling cement concrete, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of steel reinforcement, and manufacturing & supplying RCC manhole covers. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must be registered with FBR (Active Taxpayer List), Sindh Revenue Board, and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates. They should have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavit on non-blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment are mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded, and original instruments submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer's office before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure timely submission.
