Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipeline at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-4) in Hyderabad. This tender is for a civil works project with an estimated cost of **Rs. 2,979,000/-** and a completion period of 12 months. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC - 127 Juneja Colony (Phase-4) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and plain cement concrete works. The project requires adherence to technical specifications, proper site management, and compliance with all statutory obligations. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, mandatory registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC.
