Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' DIA at UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth (Phase-2)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe line 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-154 Village Lalo Palari & Misri Rind Goth (Phase-2) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, District Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' DIA (225 RFT) - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 12'' DIA (225 RFT) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags and temporary crossings - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including all labour and material - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete - Manufacturing & supplying of RCC manhole cover - Refilling excavated stuff in trenches with watering and ramming - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes, concrete works, steel reinforcement fabrication, and site restoration. The work is to be completed within 12 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active NTN and Sales Tax registration, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid FBR Active Taxpayer List status, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements, and submission of an affidavit on non-blacklisting and litigation status. PEC registration is required if applicable. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted both scanned via E-PADS and original hard copy before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted.
