Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-1)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-1) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-1) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material in trenches, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), mandatory registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, minimum two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit on E-stamp paper regarding no blacklisting or litigation, availability of required technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- is non-refundable and must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to ensure timely and complete submission of bids. Joint Venture firms must submit JV agreement if applicable.
