Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipe line at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-4) in Hyderabad. This procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended up to date) using a Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-4) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material in trenches, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), mandatory registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, minimum two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation, availability of required technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- is non-refundable and must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
