Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-5)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of an 18-inch RCC pipeline at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-5) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to comply with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' at UC-152 Phase-II Qasimabad (Phase-5) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Providing and laying RCC pipes ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including labor and materials - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers - Refilling excavated material in trenches - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing The technical scope includes all civil works related to pipeline installation, excavation, concrete works, reinforcement fabrication, and site safety measures. The project completion period is 12 months. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, ongoing projects, financial soundness, affidavit of no blacklisting, and availability of technical staff and equipment. Bidders must submit a work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is required. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Both scanned and original copies of tender fee and bid security must be submitted. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only by 06-11-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives.
