Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages Phase-8

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe line 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-8) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. The procurement is conducted through Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-8) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, and refilling excavated material with proper compaction. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and be active taxpayers on FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They must have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Submission of bank statements for the last three years and an affidavit on E-stamp paper declaring no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Technical staff and equipment availability as per bidding documents is required. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- is non-refundable and payable via Pay Order/Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to ensure timely and complete submission of all required documents.
