Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-1)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe line 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-1) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-1) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must have active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and must have completed at least two similar works in the last two years with supporting completion certificates. Financial soundness must be demonstrated by submission of bank statements for the last three years. An affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, no litigation, and no abandoned works is mandatory. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- is non-refundable and must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. Late, conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
