Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-2)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe line 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro and others Soomro villages (Phase-2) in Hyderabad. This tender is for the execution of civil works under a 12-month completion period with an estimated cost of **Rs. 2,964,500**. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC pipe line 18'' diameter (225 feet) - Installation of RCC pipe line 12'' diameter (225 feet) - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Dismantling cement concrete plain - Providing fence guards, lights, flags, and temporary crossings - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including formwork - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Manufacturing & supplying of RCC manhole covers - Refilling excavated material in trenches - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing The technical scope includes excavation, laying and jointing of RCC pipes with rubber rings, concrete works, steel reinforcement fabrication, and site restoration. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories if applicable, have valid NTN, SRB registration, and active taxpayer status on FBR ATL. Experience of at least two similar works completed in the last two years and two ongoing projects is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 must be submitted. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Original bid security and tender fee must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer's office before bid opening.
