Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC pipe line 18'' & 12'' diameter at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-3) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC Pipe Line 18'' & 12'' Dia at UC-151 Village Tahir Soomro & Others Soomro Villages (Phase-3). The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation for pipeline trenches, providing fence guards and lights, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 T/C-76-70 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, and refilling excavated material with compaction. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,964,500 with a completion period of 12 months. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements for last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation, and availability of required technical staff and equipment. Bidders must submit a work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded via E-PADS and original hard copies submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. Bid validity is minimum 90 days from opening date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Any attempt to influence the procurement process will lead to disqualification and blacklisting under Rule 35. Joint Venture firms must submit JV agreement if applicable.
