Installation of RCC Sewerage Pipe Line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phase-1) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC sewerage pipe line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phase-1) Hyderabad. This tender is for the execution of civil works related to sewerage infrastructure development in Hyderabad city. Items being procured: - Installation of RCC sewerage pipe line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phase-1) - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags and temporary crossings - Laying RCC pipes ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including all labor and materials - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement for cement concrete - Manufacturing & supplying of RCC manhole cover - Refilling excavated stuff in trenches - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The scope includes all necessary civil works, excavation, pipe laying, reinforcement, concrete works, and finishing as per specifications. Bidders must have valid NTN, SRB registration, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, and experience with at least two similar completed and two ongoing projects. Financial soundness must be demonstrated with bank statements for the last three years. Submission of bid security of 2% of estimated cost and tender fee of Rs.3000 is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
