Installation of RCC Sewerage Pipe Line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phase-2) Hyderabad

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of RCC sewerage pipe line 18'' in UC-157 Samanabad Society (Phase-2) located in Hyderabad. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax certificates, minimum two similar completed works in last two years, two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for last three years, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, availability of technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- and bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Bidders must ensure timely and complete submission through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from opening date.
