These works are critical for improving urban infrastructure and sanitation in Quetta. The project requires bidders to have registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and specialized codes. Firms must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Experience of at least three similar assignments is mandatory.
