Items being procured: - Excavation and backfilling of a 2-feet deep trench for laying 4-Core, 16 mm² LT cable (145 meters) - Electrical installation and connection of cable from main power trolley to Skid-Mounted Receipt Filtration Unit - Termination of 16 mm² 4 core armored copper conductor with lugs and tapping - Provision and fixing of 40 Amps T.P MCCB on existing board with inter-connection - Provision and fixing of DB Box (2.5 ft x 1.5 ft) with metal enclosure, locking, wiring, and accessories - Installation of R.Y.B Phase Indication Lamps and Danger Sign with wiring and accessories - Provision and fixing of Three Phase 15 to 90 Amps, 400/440 Volts Energy Meter on DB Box - Providing and laying 2" (50 mm) diameter Galvanized Iron pipe with fittings by cutting concrete floor slab (70 meters) - Providing and laying/fixing complete earthing set with copper plate, excavation, salt, charcoal, and 10 mm² copper cable (as per specifications) - Crane services (15 to 25 tons) if required for lifting and positioning of the Skid Unit The scope includes excavation, electrical and mechanical works, cable laying, termination, earthing, piping, and crane services as needed. The contractor must follow PSO safety and security rules, provide all necessary tools, PPE, and ensure quality workmanship. The worksite must be maintained clean and all surplus materials removed after completion.
