Manufacturing, Supply & Installation of Industrial Water Cooler (200 Lit Storage)

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the manufacturing, supply, and installation of an Industrial Water Cooler with 200 liters storage capacity. This procurement is for a high-quality stainless steel water cooler designed to meet operational durability, hygiene, and safety standards. Items being procured: - Manufacturing and installation of water cooler body using 1.5 mm thick Stainless Steel Grade 304 sheet - Stainless steel joints, bends, corners, and fabricated sections properly aligned, finished, and welded - Smooth internal and external surfaces free from sharp edges - Heavy-duty skid/base for supporting the complete cooler - Overall dimensions approximately 50 × 36 × 40 inches (L×W×H) - 2.5 inch thick ICI Polyurethane Foam insulation between inner and outer body - Cooling coil wrapped around the stainless steel water tank using 3/8 inch copper pipe with 22 gauge wall thickness - Refrigeration system including 1.5 Ton single-phase compressor with approx. 7-8 Amp running current - Refrigerant piping, joints, fittings, supports, accessories, brazing, leak testing, vacuuming, charging, and testing of compressor operation The scope covers design, fabrication, delivery, on-site installation, fitting, testing, and commissioning. The contractor is responsible for transportation, safe unloading, positioning, leveling, and connection of electrical and refrigeration services at the installation site in Karachi. All PSO HSE rules must be followed. The work must be completed within 30 days from the issuance of the Purchase Order. A penalty of 0.1% per day of undelivered quantity value will be imposed for delays, capped at 10% of the work order value.
