Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court, Jamshoro invites sealed bids for the installation of solar power systems at two locations in Sehwan: a 6 KW system at the Taluka Court Sehwan and a 3 KW system at the Taluka Bar Association Sehwan, both situated within the Judicial Complex Sehwan. This procurement is specifically for the supply and installation of hybrid solar power systems including inverters, solar panels, lithium battery banks, framing, distribution boxes, wiring, and all necessary electrical and installation services.
The technical scope includes Tier-1 Mono PERC 580 W solar panels, Inverex Nitrox hybrid inverters with minimum 97% efficiency, lithium-ion deep cycle batteries, rust-proof mounting structures, and complete DC/AC wiring with breakers and protection devices. The contractor must ensure full internal connectivity from inverter output to main switches and distribution boards, with testing, commissioning, and handover in fully operational condition. Partial installations will not be accepted.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with category C6 and relevant electrification codes, be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience requirements include at least three years of relevant work, completion of two similar projects in the last three years, and current ongoing projects. A minimum annual turnover of PKR 3 million supported by audited financial statements is mandatory. Bidders must also submit affidavits confirming no blacklisting and provide a documented Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy with an HSE supervisor deployed on site.
The bid submission deadline is **Monday, 11 May 2026 at 11:00 A.M.** Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the Meeting Hall, District & Sessions Court, Jamshoro. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system along with 5% bid security in the form of a bank draft or pay order. The tender fee of Rs. 1500/- is non-refundable and must be deposited through the ePAD system.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the original bid security instrument reaches the procuring agency before the bid opening time, as failure to submit the physical bid security will result in rejection. Also, carefully prepare the technical proposal to meet all mandatory requirements to qualify for financial evaluation. Strict adherence to the single stage two envelope procedure and timely submission will enhance chances of success.
