Installation of Solar Street Lights and Sewerage Line Works in Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors or firms for important infrastructure works in Quetta city. Items being procured: - Installation of solar street lights in Irrigation Colony and WAPDA Grid Station Colony Sariyab Road Quetta - Construction of BT road drain and sewerage line at Jhelum Karez Killi Geo Road portion-I Quetta - Construction of sewerage line side drains, tuff tile and installation of street lights in different streets of Ishaqabad Madina Colony Quetta These works involve installation of solar-powered street lighting systems, construction of bituminous road drains, sewerage lines, and side drains with tuff tile paving in various colonies of Quetta. The project aims to improve urban infrastructure and sanitation facilities. Basic eligibility requires firms to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Category C-6 or above and relevant specialized codes. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer status with valid ATL registration in FBR. Turnover of at least last three years and completion of 3 similar assignments is mandatory. Bidders must submit bid security in form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 2% of bid value.
