Installation of Solar Submersible Pumps 200-250 Ft Depth in Various UCs of Umerkot

The Public Health Engineering (Dev:) Division Umerkot is procuring the installation of solar submersible pumps with depths ranging from 200 to 250 feet in various Union Councils including T.C Chhore, Kaplore, Kacholi @ Marohar, Sekhro, Mahendre Jo Par, and MC Umerkot. This project is part of the scheme titled 'Providing of 100 Solar Pumps in District Umerkot'. The technical scope includes boring tube wells, installation of 2.00 BHP solar energy systems, submersible pumps, fiber glass tanks, compound walls, and sign boards. The work involves civil, electrical (solar), and mechanical components, requiring PEC registration in relevant categories such as CE-01, CE-04(iv), CE-09, CE-10, CE-11; EE-11(i), EE-11(ii), EE-11(iii), EE-11(vi), EE-11(xvii), EE-11(xix); ME-06, ME-07(v). Eligible bidders must have at least five years of business establishment, valid NTN and SRB registration, electrical license valid till December 2026, and ISO certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Experience of at least two similar works valued over PKR 25 million in the last three years is mandatory.
