Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Water and Sanitation Matiari is procuring the installation of a solar power system at Makhdoom Shahbuddin Railway Station School located in Matiari, Sindh. This project involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar panels and associated equipment to provide sustainable energy solutions for the school premises.
The technical scope includes the complete setup of solar power equipment, including panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and mounting structures. The work will be executed on-site at the school, requiring careful coordination and adherence to quality standards. The contract is expected to be completed within 30 days from the commencement date.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category if applicable, possess valid FBR registration, and demonstrate prior experience in similar solar installation projects. The bid security is set at 5% of the bid price, and bids must remain valid for 90 days. The submission deadline is 10:30 AM on 1st June 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 11:00 AM on 16th June 2026 at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Water and Sanitation at the Deputy Commissioner Office Matiari.
