Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division W&S Matiari invites bids for the installation of a solar system at Government Girls Primary School (GGPS) Juma Shahook located in Matiari, Sindh. This procurement is for works involving the supply and installation of solar power equipment to enhance energy availability at the school premises.
Items being procured:
- Installation of Solar System at GGPS Juma Shahook
The scope includes civil works, electrical wiring, mounting of solar panels, and commissioning of the complete solar power system. The contractor is expected to provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the installation as per specifications and drawings provided by the procuring agency. The site is located at Matiari and the works are to be completed within 30 days from the commencement date.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and possess the technical and financial capacity to undertake the project. Bid security of 5% of the bid price is required. Bidders should submit one original bid along with copies as specified. The bids will be opened on 16th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division W&S Matiari.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure timely submission of bids by 10:30 AM on 16th September 2026, and attend the bid opening session.
