Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites qualified contractors and firms to participate in the procurement of repair and maintenance works related to drainage for the financial year 2026-27. This comprehensive procurement plan covers multiple divisions and sewerage services across Karachi, aiming to improve and maintain the drainage infrastructure to ensure efficient wastewater management and public health safety.

The scope includes civil, electrical, and mechanical works related to drainage and sewerage systems across various towns and divisions of Karachi. The works are planned to be executed under the financial allocation of Rs. 2.2 billion, ensuring the rehabilitation and maintenance of critical drainage infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and possess valid FBR and ATL registration. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order as specified in the bidding documents is mandatory. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure through the e-PADS portal of SPPRA.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed NIT documents available on the e-PADS portal and ensure timely submission of bids before the closing date. The deadline for submission is seven days from the date of publication, with bids to be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-PADS portal.
