Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Water and Services Matiari is procuring the installation of a solar system at Government Girls Primary School Juma Shahook located in Matiari, Sindh. This procurement is aimed at enhancing energy sustainability at the school by installing solar power equipment, which includes solar panels and associated electrical works. The project scope covers supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar system at the specified site.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category if the contract value exceeds Rs. 2.5 million, and must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar solar installation projects is required to ensure technical capability. The tender documents include detailed technical specifications, drawings, and conditions of contract to guide bidders.
The submission deadline is 10:30 AM on 1st June 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 11:00 AM the same day at the Office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Water and Services, Deputy Commissioner Office Matiari. Bidders should submit one original and the required number of copies of their bids. Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Security amounting to 5% of the bid price is mandatory.
