Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Tharparkar @ Mithi invites bids for the installation of solar tube wells in three villages: Village Silh Bheel UC Vejhiar, Village Paderal UC Dhaklo, and Village Akilyoon Sameja UC Kantio in District Tharparkar, Sindh. This procurement is funded under the Provincial Annual Development Programme 2026-2027 with an estimated cost of **PKR 53.461 Million**. The tender reference number is **N.I.T.No.TC/ 728 / 2026** dated 17/07/2026.
Items being procured:
- Boring of tube wells up to 600 ft depth with casing pipes
- Supply and installation of PVC blind and strainer pipes
- Development and testing of tube wells
- Construction of pump houses (8'x8') including excavation, concrete work, brickwork, plastering, steel fabrication, painting, and installation of doors and windows
- Supply and installation of solar energy systems including 550/650 W Mono-PERK Grade-A Tier 1 solar panels, VFD drive off-grid, PV balance of system with elevated structure, and complete wiring
- Supply and installation of 15.0 BHP submersible pumps with motor control units and associated accessories
- Laying of rising mains with HDPE pipes, fittings, sluice valves, and related civil works
- Construction of RCC underground reservoirs (10' diameter, 6000 gallons capacity)
The technical scope includes comprehensive civil, mechanical, electrical, and solar power works at the specified sites. The contractor must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE-09, CE-10, ME-06, and EE-11 for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders should have proven experience in water supply and sewerage works, possess necessary machinery and equipment, and demonstrate financial capability with turnover equal to or exceeding the estimated cost.
The tender fee is Rs. 5000 payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount (Rs. 2.674 Million) is required in the form of Call Deposit or Pay Order. The contract duration is 12 months. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Tharparkar @ Mithi located opposite NBP Mithi.
