Installation of 20 Solar Tubewells for Drinking and Agriculture in Jamshoro

The Office of the Executive Engineer Tubewells Division Tando Jam invites bids for the installation of 20 solar tubewells for drinking and agricultural purposes in various villages of District Jamshoro, Sindh. This project is funded by the Government of Sindh with an estimated cost of **PKR 82.5 million** for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The scope includes boring, providing and installing solar pumps of 2.00 cusecs capacity, construction of pump rooms, platforms for solar tubewells, and small reservoir storage tanks. The solar pumps are European/American make with stainless steel 304 material and variable frequency drives. The project also covers electrical and civil works including excavation, reinforced concrete, brickwork, plastering, painting, and fencing. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above, possess valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and have at least three similar completed projects in the last five years with minimum 50% of the estimated cost. Bid security of 5% of the bid cost in the form of a bank guarantee is mandatory. The bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal by **12:00 Noon on 12 May 2026**. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Tubewells Division Tando Jam, Hyderabad. Bidders should ensure all documents including audited financial reports, tax returns, bank statements, machinery ownership proof, and affidavits regarding blacklisting and litigation status are complete. The bid must be signed and submitted in accordance with the instructions. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
