Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering E and M Division Quetta is procuring works for the installation of a solar based water supply system at Haji Abdul Rauf Street near Uzbak Bazar Lorh Karez Quetta. This tender invites approved government contractors to participate with a tender fee of Rs. 1000 and a bid security of 2% in the form of a call deposit for each work.

The technical scope includes drilling and developing a borehole, installing a solar power system to operate the water supply, laying pipeline infrastructure, and performing necessary civil works at the site. Eligibility criteria include three years of relevant work experience in the Public Health Engineering Department, financial turnover proof for the last three years, valid registration with tax authorities including NTN and Baluchistan Revenue Authority, and valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category with enlistment/renewal fee paid for 2026-2027. Tender fee must be deposited through original green challan form in State Bank or National Bank of Pakistan Quetta branch.
The tender documents will be issued until 22nd July 2026 at 11:00 AM upon presentation of the tender fee. The last date for submission is 22nd July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day.
